5. Luxury Mirror Tray

A mirrored tray adds instant glamour to a bathroom vanity or a coffee table. By combining a simple dollar store mirror with some decorative “gems” or a small frame, you can create a centerpiece that reflects light and makes your space feel larger.

  • Materials Needed:
    • Round or square framed mirror
    • Gold spray paint
    • Glass candle holders (2 small ones for “feet”)
    • Strong waterproof glue (E6000)
  • Steps:
    • Remove the mirror from its frame and spray the frame gold.
    • Once dry, put the mirror back in.
    • Flip the tray over and glue the two small candle holders to the bottom to act as “risers.”
    • Let the glue cure for 24 hours.
    • Place your favorite perfumes or a small vase on top.

Pro Tip: Use “Rub ‘n Buff” wax over the gold paint to give it an authentic antique brass finish.
